Summary:
The Technical Support team is currently encountering issues with the HD-SPOTMOD recovery firmware process. To support troubleshooting efforts, I conducted tests on a 3rd generation unit using two different 16GB USB drives (FAT32 format). In both cases, the recovery process failed. After booting, I verified that the USB drives were detected by the unit, confirming that the drives themselves are readable.

Test Scenarios:
Each USB drive was tested under two configurations:

1. Flat file structure: Extracted all recovery files directly to the root of the USB drive (no folder).

2. Folder structure: Placed the extracted folder (with all contents intact) onto the USB drive.
