Issue:
The default CVV report created on 2025-05-08 has not updated its thumbnail. The report status remains stuck at “Update Scheduled”,.

Summary:
Thumbnail status remains “Update Scheduled” indefinitely, and the thumbnail is not visible.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Created a new EU organization in the production environment.

2. Generate a CVV report with DVR.

3. Wait for the report to process and attempt to update its thumbnail.

4. Observe that the thumbnail does not update; the status remains “Update Scheduled”.
