[A1 Plus] set password on the web after factory default

Description

Factory default 후 웹에서 패스워드를 설정하면(초기 password 없음, 빈칸 입력) 유저 네임이 아래 사진에서 처럼 뜨고 카메라 permission도 없습니다.
