[DW-VA1G4]Local side camera OSD menu not displaying. NOT REPRODUCIBLE

F/W: v1.0.8.0

Model: DW-VA1G44xT

DEVICE > PTZ > CONTROL > MENU - OSD not displaying on any of the cameras. When clicking menu control nothing happens on the 8 and 16 CH camera OSD menu displays. Is there a configuration setting when enabled prevents the OSD menu? The device has been rebooted multiple times still does not work.

AHD CH은 HD-A(C) TYPE 혹은 HD-A/HD-TVI TYPE으로 선택
TVI CH은 Hikvision Protocol 일 경우 HD-TVI(C) TYPE 으로 선택하고
Pelco-C Protocol 일 경우 HD-A/HD-TVI TYPE으로 선택하면 됩니다.

저희 보유한 C-PRO 카메라들은

AHD는 HD-A(C) TYPE 혹은 HD-A/HD-TVI TYPE 으로 동작되었고,
TVI 는 HD-TVI(C) TYPE 으로 동작 되었습니다.
