[VG4] Change wording of Interval to Motion Alarm Interval
Description
In Network > Mobile Notify settings, VMAX NVRs are still showing the INTERVAL setting without indicating that it only applies to motion events.
Please change the wording as it has been done to VMAX DVRs to indicate the INTERVAL setting only applies to motion events.
