[C3 CMS] Spotmod live monitoring not displaying video

CS CMS Windows - 1.2.4.89 (Update 2)

MACOS version - 1.2.4.89_Update2(20241013)

SPOTMOD FW: 1.5.6.4

Summary: When attempting to use C3 CMS for live monitoring with a Spotmod device:

  • The device is detectable and appears in the Sites Found list.

  • It can be successfully added and verified.

  • However, no channels are available, and no live video is displayed.
