[DW-VA1G4] Resolution change causes watchdog reboot

Description

Resolution 변경 후 watchdog reboot이 발생했습니다.

재현은 안되지만 옛날부터 한번씩 발생하던 증상인데 이번에 또 발생되어 일단 지라에 업로드해두겠습니다.

+) 한번 더 발생해서 추가로 영상 첨부합니다. 해상도 변경 뒤 화면이 freeze 되어있다가 재부팅 됐습니다.

로그는 둘 다 그냥 system start 라고 남았습니다.
