[G5] FTP upgrade check - Inconsistent error messages between local monitor and web UI

Local monitor
web - okay
Summary: When performing an FTP check on the local monitor, the error message displayed is:
“CONTACT SYSTEM ADMINSTRATOR FOR HELP.” This does not match the web pop up message.
Web page - Firmware is up to date.

" Error : Unknown host or username and/or password was not accepted for login"
WEB FTP Update 시 동일버전이거나 하위버전일 경우 "Current Firmware is up to date" 메세지가 팝업되는데 , 현재는 FTP 연결 에러 상태에서도 동일한 메세지를 띄웁니다.
메세지 내용은 연구소 변경 요청 하도록 하겠습니다.
*참고로 정상적인 FTP 환경에서는 FTP Upgrade 동작됩니다.
