[SPOTMOD] Enabling IP for OSD in DISPLAY only functions for DVR/NVR but not individually added IP Cameras

F/W: v1.6.0.8
Summary: When enabling “IP” in the DISPLAY > OSD settings, the IP address of individually added cameras does not appear. However, when adding cameras connected to an NVR/DVR the IP address does appear in between the channel number and the title.
