[Smart Web Viewer] Support button redirects to Home DW KB site

Smart Web Viewer: v1.2.5.20
NVRs: VG412N v1.6.0.16 | VG49 v1.6.0.12
Summary: When clicking on the Support button in the live view web page of any VMAX, it redirects a user who is not signed into Zendesk to the DW KB Home page. If signed into Zendesk, clicking on Support redirects to Home/tickets webpage.
Please change this so that any user, signed in or not, will be redirected to “Submit a Request” in Zendesk.
