Not reproducible. A random occurrence where the setup link redirects to a blank white page.
I was previously changing TCP/IP and web port and clicking RELOAD on the DW Monitoring page. The live view continued to function normally.

I Immediately signed out afterward and I tried to login again: https://screenrec.com/share/F9wxjAuBLM
After reboot, the system was functioning normally.
