[DW-VA1G4] C3CMS event server sometimes gets Login alarm twice from remote notify function *NOT REPRODUCIBLE*

In Network > Notification > Remote notify menu,
Login alarm send twice sometimes.

특별한 재현조건은 없었습니다.. 16채널에서 테스트했고, C3CMS를 삭제하고 다시 설치한 뒤 아무 장치도 등록 안된 상태로 테스트했을 때도 증상 발생했습니다. Admin, User 상관없이 발생했습니다.
