NJEMS Modernization Milestone 6 and 7 Post UAT Enhancements and Bi-directional Flows
Description
Need to enter into work plans with CGI to design, develop, test and rollout MS 6 and MS 7 prioritized enhancements and bi-directional flow. Expected deliverables will be: Bi-directional Flow Guide (Draft and Final), MS 6 and MS7 Enhancements CGI Development Sprints and Internal Testing, JEMT Testing Build, Testing Closeout Build, Release Package (Draft and Final).
Problem Statement
Need to make critical enhancements to the developed NJEMS Milestone 6 (Core Activity Functional Framework) and 7 (Projects) modules before we can rollout these modules into production. In addition we need to develop the bi-directional flow between legacy functionality and modernized Pega functionality to support partial rollout to ensure staff can fully operate while we live in 2 systems.
