DEVELOPMENT/STAGING - After the ArcGIS Server upgrades are completed, replace the LOI/RSP service application that is published in ArcMap and written in python 2.7.x to an ArcPro application that is written in python 3.x. The application will be installed and tested on the development ep-agis10-he-s.xfa.state.nj.us server. PRODUCTION - Once the LOI/RSP Service is fully tested and working in the development/staging environment, it will be ported to the production servers ep-agis20-he-e.xfa.state.nj.us and ep-agis21-he-e.xfa.state.nj.us.
