We expect to deploy a new Jira "project" specific to TWW that will capture discrete obligations for TWW ranging from large scale improvement projects (like equipment upgrades) to moderate level tasks, to sub-tasks like individual submissions. Limited NJDEP staff will be allocated Jira Licenses for creating and editing project records, with more participants, including more DEP staff, contractors and TWW staff able to add limited info and updates to views of each obligation and to lists of tracked obligations.
