CSR&R issues annual fees and bills. When these fees and bills are not paid, a 2nd and 3rd notice letter (Dunning Letter) is issued along with the invoice. The Dunning Letter is printed and hand stuffed into the enelope with the invoice. A recent audit concluded that this is insufficient to comply with State Circular No: 13-11-OMB and that the Dunning Letters have to be included in the system with the invoice.

 Six hundred seventy one 2nd and 3rd Notices were issued for a total of $2,906,250.81 in March of 2023.
