SimpliGov - IT Training Room Scheduling
Description
Build a SImpliGov Form for requesting express deployment, to include all info needed to execute and possibly to ensure the future re-sticking of equipment.
Problem Statement
DOIT manages the PC training room and currently accepts requests to reserve it via email. Email does not ensure all the necessary info for a reservation.
Project Justification
This will simplify and streamline requests for IT training room time. It was selected as one of 4 initial workflows that are entirely within DOIT as pilot SimpliGov workflows.
