The Dept. has created the Flood Indicator Tool to inform the public of flood protential in a given property. BGIS has requested Esri to develop and implement a power automate workflow to create a PDF report based on the Survey123 submission and email the report to the user. This activity will include documentation highlighting key configurations and will also include knowledge transfer with appropriate staff.

Flood risk disclosure is a priority issue for the Commissioner.
