Description
As part of Work Plan 101, a Final Design and 2 Sprints will be completed by 9/30/2020. To complete this project final development, User Acceptance Testing and deployment to Production are still required.

Services upgrades are needed before DLRP can require all Individual & General Permits be submitted electronically. A rule proposal was published in the NJ Register on 8/3/2020, making LU’s eSubmission service mandatory no later than 8/3/2021.

The linear project enhancements include changes to the stormwater component of the service based on stormwater’s new rule (adopted 3/2/2020; new requirements become effective 3/2/2021). Therefore the Linear Project Enhancements have to be in production by 3/2/2021.
