Description
Take a spreadsheet with a list of fields and field hints and build that out into a Survey123 form.
Problem Statement
Non-community, Non-transient water systems are small and struggle to meet requirements to inventory their service lines, necessitating DEP staff to do the work, however the DEP staff need their own efficient and consistent way to capture the data.
Project Justification
The need for comprehensive inventories of lead service lines is essential to NJ's health goals.
