SimpliGov or Other Large File Transfer tool
Description
This would be an easy to use flow that could be exposed externally, for sending files to NJDEP staff as well as available to NJDEP staff to send files to any external email address. Alternatives include other means for large file transfer to outside entities such as NJEMS email processor, DataMiner, HV DocMiner, or other approvable 3rd party COTS solutions. Investigation and evaluation of possible solutions is needed
Problem Statement
Approved tools for large file transfer (MoveIT) are complicated and lots of free tools are not technically legal or legit for NJDEP use.

Common problem with no clear or consistently useful solution.

ESA Element and Kurt Jaegers continue to receive requests from program areas other than Matt Coefer for solution other than MoveIT. Jim B. is setting up internal technical meeting with Kurt Jaegers, Michele Zola, Mike Matsko to have initial discussions of possible platforms which could be viable for development of the needed solution.
Neal investigated SimpliGov to identify a 100MB limit although potential exists for larger with some work-SImpliGov solution is paused. Pete wanted more investigation of the issue originating with Matt Coeffer despite Mike Matsko’s examples of periodic requests that come his way. Bob C. assigned to follow up with Matt Coeffer to understand the need and evaluate all options, including existing MoveIT tools.
