SimpliGov - Civil Service Employment Application
Description
Adapt the existing DOT SimpliGov form for DPF-663 forms so that it can be deployed appropriately within DEP's job application/hiring process.
Problem Statement
Current form DPF-663 intake occurs in NeoGov, too late in the DEP hiring process. A new SimpliGov form can be linked within the JazzHR process to have the State application be part of the initial steps new DEP applicants must navigate.
Project Justification
A State CSC Employment application ( DPF-663 at https://www.nj.gov/csc/about/publications/forms/pdf/DPF-663.pdf ) is needed for employment and we can collect it at an optimal stage of the process with SimpliGov. This may also be a very simple process of adapting an existing workflow already developed by DOT for this form

Doesn’t look like there is any management buy-in on our end for this. That being said, I may talk to management again in the future and if so, we can revive this (surely with a new coat of paint) at that time.
