1) Using the Scorpius entered pilot seat. See 1 pip assigned to Guns.
2) Attempted to increase weapon power, but the pip doesn't increase from clicks or hot keys.
3) Also, gunner was unable to gain any ammo count for the scorpius turret. It would power on and move, but no ammo reloaded.

What happened

When attempting to use the Scorpius was unable to increase weapon power through MFD clicking or hot keys. When I tried, the pip would flash for a moment, but then decrease again. Additionally the Turret was unable to be used and showed zero ammo. it would power on, but no reloading of ammo.

What should have happened
-------------------------
Power should be able to be increased to weapons and the turret should reload ammo.

Workaround
----------
No workaround discovered. Attempted multiple pilots, removing power supplies and power cycling the ship. Nothing corrected the issue.
