1. Start fresh character after patch, play as normal.
2. Install Heartseeker upgrade. Play as normal.
3. Claim ship as heartseeker is in new babbage, and I am in pyro and would like to use it.
4. heartseeker delivered with no gatlings, no way to fix. tried every workaround from prior patches.
5. Check issue council reports. Note that ALL are archived and unable to be contributed to.
6. Create this issue council report, knowing it'll likely get ignored, flagged as a duplicate of an archived report, etc.
7. Contemplate why I do this to myself.

What happened
Heartseeker turret gatlings are missing after claim. They should not be missing.

What should have happened
They should not be missing.

Workaround
No. None of the previous workarounds work. The only "fix" would likely be to melt the upgrade and rebuy it from my buybacks. Which isn't much of a workaround.
