1. Enter the Ironclad and sit in the command seat in the operations room
2. Enter remote turrets.
3. The C key does not re-center the tractor beam turret or remote S3 turret, and the S key does not reposition the remote tractor beam turret on the rail
4. Attempted to rebind to other keys on the keyboard and to joystick. Still does not work
5. Suspect that the functions have not been assigned to the reworked operation seat

What happened
After the Ironclad operations room was reworked to allow pilot controls in 4.9, the ability to move the tractor beam on the rail and re-centre either of the assigned turrets is removed. As stated before I suspect that these functions were not assigned to the reworked seat in operations. Both turrets also have all modes including tractor, scanner, gun and missile. Note this is NOT a duplicate of STARC-212818 as that issue predates the changes made in 4.9. This issue has been present since July 15th

What should have happened
When pressing C the remote turrets should re-centre and when pressing S the rail mounted tractor beam should move along the rail

Workaround
There are no workarounds
