Reproduction Steps
------------------
1) Sit in copilot seat of prowler when pilot is in pilot seat.
2) view hud
3) enter remote turret
What happened
-------------
Remote turret gun can be fired, but no reticle is present in the hud and you can not target ships to get a targeting pip. In remote turret, there is a reticle, but you can still not target ships.
What should have happened
-------------------------
There should be a reticle in the copilot hud and ships should be able to be targeted in both regular and remote turret view.
Workaround
----------
No, this was working in 3.19 and was broken in 3.20
