1) enter a friendly or unlocked ship with a remote turret ( in my case: Starlancer Max)
2) sit in a seat suited to operate one of the remote turrets
3) power on the turret
4) enter/operate the remote turret
5) enable zoom or precision mode by using the right mouse button
6) leave the remote turret

What happened
-------------
If leaving/exiting the remote turret while the zoom or precision mode is enabled, that mode will still be displayed on the operators screen even though they have left the turret.

What should have happened
-------------------------
the remotes turret user interface should no longer populate the operators UI if they are not operating the remote turret anymore

Workaround
----------
press the right mouse button after you have left the remote turret
