On Server/Data Center, the Advanced Roadmaps Team field will only display the name if the user viewing the chart has Portfolio Administrator or Shared Team Administrator permissions. For all other users, the team ID will be displayed.

This is a limitation in the Portfolio API used to access the data.

Workaround
In Confluence, User Impersonation can be used to load the chart as a user who has administrator permissions.
