Set maximum limit of displayed issues
Description
- Running unlimited Jira searches on Custom Charts can be a problem on very large Jira instances
- Searches can return a huge amount of data and potentially crash the user's browser
- To give customers control of their charts we are adding an option to limit the maximum number of issues that can be returned in a single request
- This limit will customizable in the Custom Charts settings menu
- Default limit 20,000 issues per chart
