1) Unloading cargo boxes from M2
2) using ATLS tractor beam to grab and unload cargo boxes
3) at times while moving box, the tractor beam loses contact with cargo box and if this happens above the ramp, the box may fall through the ramp
4) cargo box gets stuck inside the ramp

What happened

Tractor beam can lose contact with cargo box and if this happens above the Hercules ramp, it may fall through the solid ramp and get stuck inside the ramp. I have experienced this many times with the rear ramp, as this is the ramp I use to load/unload cargo boxes.

What should have happened
-------------------------
Cargo box should not fall through solid ramp in Hercules.

Workaround

no workaround found. Though occasionally the box may work itself lose and then can be delivered.
