1) Joined 4.3 PTU and spawned at Orison. Took the resource rush intro mission.
2) Went to the pick up location and called the cargo up on the F.E.
3) Tried to use the ship Tractor beam on my Connie Taurus and the Maxlift handheld beam to move the cargo.
4) The beams on both cut off after a few seconds and the cargo box resets to the last location it was at.

What happened

This is looking like a possible desync issue between the client and the servers. Especially with the cargo box resetting to the last location it was at.

What should have happened
-------------------------
The tractor beam should not have cut off and the cargo box should not have reset it's location to the last place it was prior to being picked up by the tractor beam.

Workaround
----------
Just persistence and eventually you will be able to move the cargo.
