What happened
-------------
After unloading the cargo onto the elevator and trying to access the terminal, it "rejected" being accessed twice before opening. The terminal then showed the elevator as being empty. Lookup up, the cargo was indeed missing. The cargo does not appear to be stored in the station's local inventory like in https://issue-council.robertsspaceindustries.com/projects/STAR-CITIZEN/issues/STARC-186872 - instead, it seems to have fully disappeared.

What should have happened
-------------------------
The terminal should have listed the cargo that was loaded onto the elevator and allowed the player to submit the cargo for the relevant hauling contracts.
