1. (This might not be Ironclad specific) Use a ship with a walkable cargo hold, such as Ironclad
2. Put some cargo boxes into the hold
3. Do a lengthy QT traversal with it
4. During QT, go to the cargo hold
5. Use a tractor tool to pick up a cargo box

What happened
The box is instantly lost (presumably in space)

What should have happened
Cargo box should remain inside the ship, at the tether of the tractor. Other items such as ship weapons work.

Workaround
No, just don't pick up cargo with tractors during QT
