1) Load Argo Mining Pod from warehouse to cargo.
2) Raise the freight elevator.
3) Mining Pod will appear clipped just underneath the elevator and if you try to tractor it, it will disappear beneath it.
4) Elevator will cease to function because it continues to identify an object in the freight elevator load area, but there is nothing there.
5) Freight Elevator ceases to function and you are now unable to load and unload cargo of any kind.

What happened
-------------
Spawning in Mining Pods (or sometimes other objects, but these are the worst offenders) will frequently spawn beneath the freight elevator and attempting to tractor them out will render them unusable and disappear beneath the geometry. Freight elevator then breaks because it recognizes an object is present that is no longer there visibly.

What should have happened
-------------------------
Pod spawns on the freight elevator or, at the very least, automatically returns to warehouse if it vanishes beneath the elevator so the elevator can continue to be used as normal.

Workaround
----------
No workaround. It is permanently glitched.
