Reproduction Steps
------------------
1) Use cargo elevator in personal hangar to spawn a mining head from inventory
2) Bring elevator up to access it
3) Observe placement of mining head
4) Use multitool tractor beam to pick it up.
5) Instead of mining head, try to call up two Argo ore bags
6) Observe placement of bags and try to move them into the hangar
What happened
-------------
The mining head spawns halfway into the floor of the elevator, and grabbing it with the multitool tractor beam allows it to fall through the floor and become lost forever. Returning the elevator doesn't fix this. Spawning two ore bags overlap and only the top lip of them shows above the elevator floor. Can't move them out and attempting to displaces one from the grid and becomes stuck blocking the elevator from use again.
What should have happened
-------------------------
All items should spawn above the elevator floor separated from one another and be retrievable with the tractor beam.
