1) Take Junior cargo contract involving heavy metals such as Tin
2) Bring 32SCU container on freight elevator
3) Try to lift boxes weighing 40.5 tons or more

What happened
-------------
Max Lift can carry 30 ton containers, such as Silicon, but 40 tons seems to be too much. Sometimes if I jiggle it right, it will (just barely) lift, but most often it just turns red and stays there.

What should have happened
-------------------------
Able to lift 32SCU for hauling contracts.

Workaround
----------
Maybe jiggle it right, but it takes ten times longer than it should.
