1) Put Cargo in your Argo Raft cargo grid
2) Fly to location where you wanna unload it
3) try to grab cargo with Multitool Tracorbeam or Maxlift Tractorbeam

Cargo is not highlighted and cannot be grabbed

What should have happened

should be possible to grab the container with the tractorbeams und unload the Raft

Workaround
----------
You have to wait some minutes and then you can grab the container as normal
