1) Spawn an Argo ATLS
2) Spawn a ship with a cargo bay (in my case, Starfarer Gemini)
3) Grab a crate with the ATLS tractor beam (in my case, 1 SCU and 32 SCU of scrap)
4) Attempt to move the box inside the cargo bay

What happened
-------------
The preview image for placement of the box would move up the ramp, but not enter inside the cargo bay of the ship.

What should have happened
-------------------------
Should be able to place box inside the cargo bay from outside

Workaround
----------
Manually walk the box inside the bay while held in the ATLS beam.
