1) Accept any cargo hauling contract
2) in your Hangar, select any ship and a ATLS
3) insert your contract cargos to the elevator
4) and start moving boxes from elevator the ship
5) take a 8 SCU box from the elevator and move it into the ship
6) you'll see, that you can't locate the box, since the box is in fron of you.

What happened

The box you hold with the ATLS tractor keeps in fron of the face, you cannot point the box to a proper place, the box hides the place

What should have happened
-------------------------
A way to move the box away from the front of the ATLS, so that you see, where you can place it.
There is also on issue with turning containers during take or set the container

Workaround
----------
nope. maybe with F4, (3rd view) - but even then, the box might hide it too.
