Reproduction Steps
------------------
1) In AC freefly, Spawn in rsi constellation andromeda
2) Notice Connie is taking damage (red dot on MFD)
3) Go to cargo bay and notice couple dozen missiles loose on the cargo grid
What happened
-------------
rsi constellation andromeda has loose missiles on cargo grid damaging the ship
What should have happened
-------------------------
No loose missiles should be on cargo grid damaging the ship
