Reproduction Steps

------------------
1) Spawn the StarlancerMAX
2) Load the main cargo bay with 8x16SCU containers (Bezdek on Ariel)
3) Fly to destination (Lorville)
4) Try to unload the main cargo bay with maxlift tractor beam
5) impossible to unload - the containers are blocking each other - cargo is stuck
