Store a completed (or unfinished) refinery work order on a ship

What happened
-------------
If it's any help, this was at Arc L2. But every refinery work order I tried to store, wouldn't appear in the ship. This happened on both completed work orders, and unfinished ones.

What should have happened
-------------------------
The refined minerals should be in my ship.
