Reproduction Steps

1) Steal cargo from trader
2) Load stolen cargo onto friendly prize ship
3) Sell stolen cargo at Salvage yards or NQA terminals
What happened
-------------
Stealing cargo and trying to sell it at the appropriate salvage yard or NQA terminal results in the cargo having a message stating "UNREGISTERED ITEM" under it and a mouse over message stating "ITEM MARKED AS ILLEGAL OR STOLEN". The terminals give no option to sell, even though the item is "IN DEMAND".
I tried to sell stolen Beryl at Reclamation & Disposal Orinth on Hurston and the NQA terminal at CRU-L5. Same result at both places.
What should have happened

The stolen cargo should sell if it is in demand, so long as you're at the appropriate sell location for stolen cargo, which I was.
Workaround
----------
No, I didn't find a workaround. I tried looking at other salvage yards but the item was listed in the "CANNOT SELL" category being as they aren't the regular places that accept stolen beryl.
