1) Start an ERT mission
2) Kill Every ships (soft death)
3) Scan every ships in order to loot them

What happened
-------------
It seems (after several attempts) that the ERTs mission cargo ships (Reclaimer, Hercules Series, Starfarer) are not carrying Quantainium anymore which was an important part of the gameplay loot inviting players to scan + loot + haul + sell.

What should have happened
-------------------------
Quantainium should have been seen (in reasonable quantities) in the cargo of the soft deaths ships.

Workaround
----------
Not doing ERTs missions anymore as it's no more interesting (in terms of gameplay)
