Surface Water Treatment Rule (SWTR) Forms
Description
To streamline the collection of surface water treatment rule data specifically turbidity and point of entry chlorine residuals through the development a single entry point (E2 or other) for surface water systems to submit their monthly reports and excel data sets.
Project Justification
The SWTR associated forms are all currently in paper. As part of this project, DWSG is asking to capture full data sets used to produce the summary data. This is an important step for SWTR compliance as it allows the staff to graph data, observe trends, perform qualify control analysis, and identify indicators of poor treatment plant performance.

Functional Requirements Specification and System Configuration Design document write-up phases of the project have now concluded. We’ll be entering into the testing phase of the project which is tentatively scheduled to begin mid-February.
Requirements gathering phase completed. SCD Workshop 1 is being scheduled by enfoTech
6/27/2023 - Rich Hyjack initiated the TIP (SAR Process) with NJOIT for the EN Suite Software/infrastructure to be used for this project

Waiver approved and PO cut for $1,965,120 on 3/7/2023. Jim and Rich will be working with Mike K. and enfoTech to set up initial project planning meetings for projects

9/12/2022 - Received design/dev estimates from enfoTech, need to discuss with WRM management before starting the waiver process
Sent to enfoTech on 8/25 for cost estimate along with 4 other WRM Priority projects

If EnfoTEch and E2, it might use the $2.5mil (would need some investigation).
