Water Quality Parameter Data Solution
Description
Develop a mechanism for License Operators and Approved parties to directly submit Water Quality Parameter Data (WQP) to E2.
Project Justification
Water Quality Parameter data spreadsheets are currently submitted via email to DWSG. Each spreadsheet is then individually uploaded to E2. Currently there are a subset of systems that are required to submit WQP data and this process takes a large amount of staff time. The NJLCR will require all water systems in the state to submit this data. The current data management scheme will not be able to maintained when all systems are required to submit these data.

This initiative will now be associated with ITPD-568: WQP/MOR e2 to En Suite Modernization. The Water Quality Parameter Data Solution, identified as project IPTD-105, was nearing completion, pending a final testing phase. While all updates were implemented on the e2 platform, the DEP and enfoTech have determined that migrating this project to the En Suite platform is a more strategic approach. Consequently, the ITPD-568: WQP/MOR e2 to En Suite Modernization will bring this project to its successful conclusion.
The file upload issue is resolved and recently deployed. The testing team (Angie) can verify the resolution and continue testing.
DEP is reviewing SCD 1.1. enfoTech working on development
6/27/2023 - Rich Hyjack initiated the TIP (SAR Process) with NJOIT for the EN Suite Software/infrastructure to be used for this project

Waiver approved and PO cut for $1,965,120 on 3/7/2023. Jim and Rich will be working with Mike K. and enfoTech to set up initial project planning meetings for projects

9/12/2022 - Received design/dev estimates from enfoTech, need to discuss with WRM management before starting the waiver process
Sent to enfoTech on 8/25 for cost estimate along with 4 other WRM Priority projects
