This initiative is also associated with ITPD-568: WQP/MOR e2 to En Suite Modernization. The DEP and enfoTech have determined that migrating this project to the En Suite platform is a more strategic approach. Work as defined in IPTD-112 the original eMOR project will be completed but that functionality will be migrated to En Suite which will be completed in project ITPD-568: WQP/MOR e2 to En Suite Modernization.
DOIT Julie Lin provided feedback on the Database scripts. enfoTech will enhance the scripts and send another patch.
Facility data and Licensed Operator data integration questions being worked on. DEP will be testing once enfoTech figures out where E2 will store Licensed Operator table (data modeling issue)
FRS Project Schedule Attached
Working on schedule for Functional Requirement Specification (FRS) sessions with enfoTech and WRM
Waiver approved and PO cut for $1,965,120 on 3/7/2023. Jim and Rich will be working with Mike K. and enfoTech to set up initial project planning meetings for projects
Jim B reported final waiver approved by mid December
9/12/2022 - Received design/dev estimates from enfoTech, need to discuss with WRM management before starting the waiver process
Sent to enfoTech on 8/25 for cost estimate along with 4 other WRM Priority projects
shift funding source to come from $2.5mil? Requires Rich/Jim to re-start. Is it a good fit for Enfo TEch, if so how to go forward?
