DocMiner Public Facing Interface and Document Publishing Functionality
Description
Build an on-line portal that will allow for self-service exploration and download of DEP digital documents available in HighView to provide self-service OPRA requests fulfilment.
This is the project for the design/development/testing/rollout of DocMiner and the document publication process
Project Justification
Needed to address both the ongoing issue of OPRA request staffing costs and as part of the Commissioner's OPRA initiative, DOIT needs to develop and implement a public interface for viewing and retrieving DEP documents.

Expected available to DEP staff in Jan 2023. Next up: Testing exclusions (like removing testing info, Radiation sites, maybe wells and intakes of certain type).
Recent demo by Elaine for SRP and rundown of digitizing effort.
For internal/test use now- Doc-miner app includes a URL that can be leveraged in Dataminer (a universal object that report writers can select). Can pass a PI for instance but also more specific. Provides for a list of documents currently available related to a PI or list of PIs output in a Dataminer report output. Such reports will only be deployable when DocMiner is live/production/public.
Similarly, Highview publication for Historic Pres. - internal app is hitting Doc Miner 1.8. (for internal use now)
