Enhance the Permit by Certification Services to use the same Site Information Page as the LU’s IP/GP service
Description
Map and test the IP/GP Site location page to the permit by certs so the users don't have to leave the site location page and launch NJGeoWeb to find their site.
Project Justification
Keep all DRLP services consistent for the users.
