Working on final rollout steps with NJOIT with anticipated public facing rollout by 5/31/2025
2/26/2024 - Sent the following to NJOIT SAR Team documenting progress. Next step is PSAR
Sent the revised validated design to Jim Chorman, Solutions Architecture Group for review and comment. See attached email, and Visio/PDF of the revised validated design. Also attached is the latest in the thread with Larry Maio of NJOIT regarding setting up the VMs to support this project including the new DocMiner VM information.
Multiple action items have been completed and noted in the attached LSAR Recap Spreadsheet. Please find attached:
NJDEP Approved LSAR MARKUP document in response to the action item “The Agency project team needs to review and approve the LSAR MARKUP document that was modified during the 08/17/2023 meeting and update/complete missing information as required.”;
NJDEP Working Copy of the LSAR RECAP spreadsheet including NJDEP responses to specific NJOIT listed Action Items, as well as items still needing to be completed by NJDEP (highlighted in yellow;
Validated design Visio and PDF that was sent to NJOIT SA group.
NJOIT set up new Doc Miner VM. Additional information: As mentioned before RAM will be dynamic and adjusted as necessary and CPUs have been lowered from 6 to 4 and also can be adjusted if needed. Server Name: EP-DOCMINE-HI-E.dep.state.nj.us. Rich is finishing the Network Infrastructure Diagram to forward with the LSAR to NJOIT for their review.
From OPRA check-in 11/9: Elaine me with NJOIT recently. Came away with insights to sort out difference between GIS connections to NJGeoweb and DEPGeoweb. Also, have need to work some FAQ content before going public.
NJOIT accepted TIP. Met with NJOIT on 10/11 to discuss implementation infrastructure. Kurt is putting together the infrastructure and Jim B. putting together the LSAR paperwork.
